How Canada Minute Book collects and uses the information you provide.
What we collect
The corporate details you enter to prepare your minute book (corporation name and number, addresses, names of directors, officers and shareholders), your contact email, and payment confirmation from our payment processor. We do not store card numbers.
How we use it
Only to prepare and deliver your book, provide support and keep business records. We do not sell personal information.
Where it is stored
Order data is processed and stored by Corp USA and its service providers in the United States.
Your choices
Email support@corpusa.net to access, correct or delete your information, subject to record-keeping obligations.
